eq10q software package provides LV2 plugins bundle, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install eq10q
eq10q is installed in your system.
Make ensure the eq10q package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep eq10q *
You will get with eq10q package name, version, architecture and description in a table
